After driving on the snow and ice, I had a check engine light that came on. The next day I went to Lake Ridge Automotive and they promptly checked out the problem which apparently was something minor causing it and the check engine light coming on problem went away. In addition, there was no charge for what they did to correct the problem. It is most strongly recommended that all Northern Virginians consider taking their car(s) to Lake Ridge Automotive for their maintenance/repair needs.

Despite a global pandemic, much to their credit, Lake Ridge Automotive was open for business and ready, willing and able to repair my car problem which turned out to be the front brakes. In addition, I also got an oil change, check the fluid levels, etc. The service was very prompt, efficient, friendly, honest and reasonably priced, and took only about an hour more or less. In addition, they do the required Virginia state car inspections. It is most strongly recommended that all car owners in the local area consider taking their cars to Lake Ridge Automotive for their repair/maintenance needs given their outstanding service, etc.

I'm one of those people that hates car payments more than they love a new vehicle. For the past eight years Lake Ridge Automotive has been my partner in keeping my vehicles running as long as possible. One vehicle is currently at 234K miles and the other 156K miles, and both going strong thanks to Art and the LRA crew. I could not ask for, and have never dealt with an auto repair shop with a better sense of customer service. Their logo says Honesty and Integrity, and that's exactly what you get.

Came to Lake Ridge Automotive on a recommendation from a friend to get some brake work done. Not only were they honest and gave a fair price but they were super friendly and helpful as well. After paying for my repairs I went out to my car and it wouldn’t start. I was sitting in the heat with my 9 year old child wondering what to do. They were now closed but not only did they come out and try to jump start my battery but once they tested and realized it was defective, the owner offered to drive out and get me a new battery right there on the spot. Did I mention they were closed? Unbelievable customer service. These are real people you can trust and count on like in the good ole days!

This is a small business with onsite owners that are involved in every aspect of the service. The work is consistently high quality, there is no sales pressure and the products and services continuously meet my needs. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Lake Ridge Automotive.

So glad I got lost but kept going because the car shop I ended up at was going to charge me $40 just to look at my brakes. LRA did a courtesy inspection, gave me some guidance and did my state inspection right there on the spot. Saved me $400 on brakes today, I've got a good year until new pads are needed.
